 1. What kind of characteristics do your products own ?
 Ans.:
The characteristics of our products are eco-friendly, less energy consumption and CO2 reduction, with excellent quality as well as reasonable prices. Please refer to the explanation on this website.
2. Are you a manufacturer or just a trading company ?
Ans.:
We are really a manufacturer specialized in the high power LED light sources and high power LED lighting devices.
Please view the information and pictures on this website and inquire with the government of R.O.C.
Furthermore, we have OEM. for many LED lighting package famous companies domestic and overseas.
3. Are there any infringement for the intellectual property rights with your products ? 
Ans. :
Our products are either developed by ourselves and acquire the patents, or authorized to production by the original suppliers. So that there is no copy rights arguments will occur.
4. Are all of your products safe ? Are they conformed to the requests of friendly environmentally ?
Ans. :
All of our products are not only eco-friendly, but also meet the RoHS compliance, especially some of them are
awarded the CE certificates. So there is not any problem in safety about our products.
5. Is there any MOQ.(Minimum Order Quantity) required ?
Ans. :
If it is the sample order or trial order, we would service any quantity of it. But if they are constant orders, we would expect the orders of no less than US$3000. Surely, the special conditions will be acceptable.
6. What is your best lead time for the orders of regular quantity ? 
Ans. :
If it is the sample orders or trial orders of tiny quantity, we would deliver them in 10~14 days.
But if they are constant orders, we would expect to deliver them in 30 days in the condition for no shortage of materials and no special products included. But for the bulk or urgent orders, the lead time may be negotiable,
7. What is your payment terms ?
